Today I was sitting in my local cafe, and it occurred to me “Find your Grail”.
It made me think that a lot of people seem to think that there is a Holy Grail of copywriting.
Do you have any guesses as to what it is?
If you can write a copy for one of the ”Big Boys” of a financial newsletter or niche dedicated to alternative healthcare, you’re like Flynn.
You will become a sought-after copywriter, will work 2-3 hours a day and earn 20 thousand dollars a month by writing one advertising letter. Only your fees will pay for your country house on the cape, and your name will be glorified throughout the world of copywriting. There is money good…it it’s prestigious… you can write your own ticket… and best of all, you can make a ton of money teaching others to do the same.
The only problem? Everyone thinks it’s the Holy Grail, and a ton of people are chasing it. Seriously, why don’t more copywriters try to find their own grail instead of following the herd? The reality of copywriting requires a writer to be creative. This is the main help any copywriter needs to become a better copywriter.
